QUALITY AND SHELF LIFE
YOGA 5D Enlighten Earth prides itself in being the only Spiritual Cosmetic manufacturer in India offering its wide range of products to retail customers. As a policy we guarantee a minimum shelf life of 6 months from the date of purchase for all cosmetic products.
Every product gets freshly created after the order is received to ensure longevity, superior quality and optimum results. All products are preservative-free and chemical free. We recommend to use the products within 3 months from date of purchase for best results.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For returns please speak contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org (10.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Friday) so they can arrange a reverse pickup. Before arranging a pick up, send us accurate photos of defective or damaged product.
For physical damage, open the product at the time of delivery and inform us within 24 hours. If the product gets damaged after seal is opened, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case there is a quality issue, YOGA 5D Enlighten Earth will bear both side shipping costs for return/replacement. In case return is not due to quality issue or error on part of YOGA 5D Enlighten Earth, then outward and return shipping charges will be deducted at actuals.
Please note that a “Quality Issue” is only considered in case a product is spoilt or not performing in a product as expected or claimed by YOGA 5D Enlighten Earth. Individual Preference or not liking a product does not constitute a Quality issue.
In case your location is not serviceable for return pickup/collection, you must send us the item at your own expense and share the courier receipt for a reimbursement. The item will be examined at our end and refund issues within 14 working days of receipt at our end.
In case the items are found to be used and qty different than originally supplied, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide you address details to send the defective or damaged item.
Items must be shipped back at your own expense for the exchange.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by YOGA5 D Enlighten Earth.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
